I started wearing a nice piece of cracked black obsidian...it started getting hot and unbearable to wear against my skin. I think it might be spent. Any way to charge that stone? Also, Now I am dreaming about tigers eye...I mean everywhere too...and many people from my past...some are deceased. My dreams are very important to me. Wondering what ur thoughts may be.

As for the black obsidian stone, there is no reason per se why it should cause any discomfort. Except, black obsidian is known for being able to bring to the surface of our conscious mind some deeply buried and forgotten truths. Is there maybe something from your past, some truth that you do not wish to become aware of?
If not, then, the other possibility is that your energy field is no longer compatible with obsidian's energy. It could happen, as we are constantly changing and also our auric energy is being moved from one point of balance to the other. If this is the case, simply replace your pendant with another piece of jewelry, possibly the one you feel attracted to.

As for your dreaming about tigers eye stone - maybe your subconscious mind using the symbology of your dream is trying to tell you that you should get a small tumbled tiger eye stone and try to see if it helps you in balancing your own energies.
