The interactive multimedia program "Meditation and Relaxation Sunny Ray" is designed as an interactive guide
through rhythmical breathing and relaxation. It also contains a short guide for performing every-day spiritual practice.
Due to its modular form it can be used continuously or in part using some of its modules independently.
An elaborate description and the program itself are so far available only in Serbian.
A simple relaxation can be performed by everyone and it does not require previous knowledge of any kind. Just follow the written instructions for performing this simple, yet powerfull relaxation.
