Book refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a book you purchased, you can return it to us within 7 days in its ORIGINAL CONDITION, and we will promptly issue a refund.

Please return books in the original carton, if available.

Please allow five to six weeks for your refund to be processed.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased ebooks or other downloadable PDFs, please contact us within 7 days from the purchase and we'll refund all your money.

In the case of ebook (PDF) refunds, please include the following information in your email:

Name and Mail Address Please provide the complete name and mailing address of the person to receive the refund.
