The meditation lesson runs about 90 minutes during which time the focus will be on
introductory breathing exercises (pranayama), mastering the unconscious flow of thoughts
(pratyahara) and awakening and balancing the chakras (removal of energy blockages).
Prior to attending the class, please read about the usefulness, beauty, and art of meditation.
The aspirant shoud come comfortably dressed.
