Although it is possible to practice the technique of rebirthing in a group session, for the beginners it is
advisable to start with individual sessions. A typical rebirthing session lasts no longer than one hour.
The theory of rebirthing is very simple, the technique itself can be explained in a couple of minutes, and
after a short relaxation it is possible to engage into practical work. The participant should attend the
workshop comfortably dressed, rested, and it is best to eat lightly before the session.
