Divine Mercy Meditation and Why You Should Be Doing It

If you want to receive Divine mercy, one of the best ways is to pray for mercy every day. The stronger you pray the quicker you will achieve harmony.

Whey you put your prayer into words with love, and when you feel it in your heart, it has the power to transform you.

Mercy has the greatest power of spiritual cleansing. It is unpredictable, because it is the expansion of the very personality of the God of the Universe.

If we meditate on mercy we can discover our true relationship with God.

The Divine mercy enables everyone to advance in their personal development and to expand their consciousness no matter how difficult the current circumstances are.

You have problems because your mind is out of control, distressed, focused on negative and passing things.

Meditation on mercy will enable you to focus your mind on what is positive and beneficial, and by doing that learn you lessons more easily.

An Example of Meditation on Mercy

  1. Close your eyes, relax, and breathe in through your nose, consciously and deeply. Breathe out through your nose as well. Find your own rhythm, your own measure, it is supposed to feel good. Do the breathing in and out cycle 7 times.

With every breathing out visualize or imagine a gray cloud that takes away all that is negative, everything that you feel represents a burden to you. Let everything that hampers your spiritual growth, your life, and your happiness disappear into the cloud.

With every breath you take the cloud becomes a little bit whiter, so that at the end, you can visualize it pure and white.

Every day is special and new. Why would you carry along old and unnecessary things?
  2. Put your left hand on the heart area, while keeping your right hand on the solar plexus. Feel the energy of love as it awakens in your body. Feel the pleasantness and calmness of your own inner being.
  3. Let the past be in the past. Let the future be in the future. Focus on the present moment, here and now, alert to your own unique self.

Let your undivided presence of awareness be in the present day, in the present hour, in the present minute, in the present second filled with the energy of love.

Direct your attention to this incredible present moment.
  4. Let your heart open and make room for all the good things of the Universe to enter into it.

Open your inside for the Divine mercy. Eagerly await its arrival.

Whenever you free up some space in yourself, the Divine mercy from God's heart is promptly ready to enter your heart.
